Who is responsible

SmartNeuroCompany is responsible for messages about SmartNeuroScreen (SNS). Privacy and contact requests go to smartneuroscreen@gmail.com.

This notice covers the public site smartneuroscreen.com while SNS is in development. It does not describe a medical record, a clinic, or a product already operating with patients.

What the contact form collects

The form asks for a name, an email address, a topic and an optional message. There is no account and no signed-in area on this page.

The submit button opens the visitor’s email app with the message addressed to smartneuroscreen@gmail.com. This site does not store the form on its own server. The message is sent only if the person sends it from their email app.

We do not ask for children’s data, clinical information or health data. Please do not include them.

Why we use it

Name, email and message are used only to read the enquiry and reply. We do not build a marketing list from them, sell them, or use them for advertising.

Legal basis

For visitors in Brazil, processing relies on the person’s request to be contacted (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018, article 7, V). For a professional or institutional enquiry, we may also rely on the legitimate interest in answering that message (article 7, IX), limited to the reply.

Who else handles the message

The message travels through the sender’s email service and through the provider of the smartneuroscreen@gmail.com mailbox (Google), which processes it to deliver and store the email. This site does not add another recipient.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to reply and, if the conversation continues, to follow it through. You can ask for deletion at the same address.

Your requests

You can ask for confirmation, access, correction, deletion or information about sharing, and you can object where that right applies. Write to smartneuroscreen@gmail.com. People in Brazil may also complain to the national data protection authority (ANPD).

If SNS later stores messages

If the project starts storing enquiries in its own system, this page will be updated first, with the new purpose, legal basis and retention period.
